Preschool Graduation 2016 - Class of 2029!!!!!

Wow! The time is going by so fast! On June 3rd 2016, K graduated preschool! He went to preschool a little over 2 years! I'm so proud of you!!

A girl tried to kiss me !

When I picked up K from school today, there was a girl hanging all over him. She was holding onto him and did not want him to leave. He had a smile on his face the whole time.
We walked around the corner, towards the exit....

K:  Mama, A girl tried to kiss me today.
Mom: What!?! A girl tried to kiss you! What girl tried to kiss you!!?! The same girl that didn't want you to leave?
K: Yep, Serenity
Mama: Her name is Serenity?
K: Yep.
Mama: Did she kiss you?
K: Nope
Mama: I have not heard you say her name before. How long has she been going to your school, is she new?
K : 40 days
Mama: Lol, you know that she has been going to your school for 40 days? 40 days...not a couple weeks ...not a couple months...but 40 days.
K: Yep
Mama: ( Thinking: He is 5.Five.5.Five!!!!Are you kidding me! Oh man....I thought I had at least 10 more years before we were going to be talking about girls.)

T-Ball 2016

You started T-Ball! You are on the Grasshoppers Team! And you are a natural. You have had 2 practices so far, and your couch is very excited to have you on his team:

5 Shots & Crab Dinner

You had your 5 year check up. It was the first time you had shots & mommy wasn't there. I feel absolutely  horrible about not being there. You are so brave, and I am so proud of you. I'm sorry I was not there sweet boy. Mama had to work, and I know that doesn't make it okay. I promised to take you out for a treat when I got home from work. I told you that you could even have ice cream for dinner if you wanted to. When I got home I asked you where you would like to go, and you said "The best nights are the nights when I get to eat crab."  So, we went to Red Lobster to get you some crab:

You had crab with a side of mac & cheese.

Daddy could barely crack the crab shell fast enough to keep

 up with how fast you were gobbling it up.

You also had a virgin Bahama Mama.

Mama had a drink as well....

Happy Valentine's Day 2016

 

We tried something different this Valentine's Day. We cut out paper hearts and wrote nice things to each other and them. Then we taped them to each others doors:

 

 

We gave him his first Giants shirt for Valentine's Day.

Fun at Grandma & Grandpa's

We went to visit Grandma & Grandpa. K built a truck with Grandpa:

 

He also got to sand some wood.

Plus, he used a hammer!
