Enjoying the summer

We are spending time out in our backyard today, enjoying the warm summer weather.

Here is K filling up his pool, and getting ready to enjoy a couple hours of out- door time.

 

We took down our large family pool over the weekend. Which is the pool K has been learning to swim in for the past couple weeks. This pool has been tucked away in the garage, he seems to be excited to see it again.

 

 We also found his beach buckets in the garage and washed them out, so we can take them with us to the cabin this weekend.

 

I really feel lucky to be able to stay home with K, and spend this time with him. I'm enjoying every second of it. By the way, the yellow/green lizard is Fred. K was talking about Fred so much that we decided he was a toy that needed to have a name. Fred gets more action on the grass then he ever did in the water. K enjoys riding Fred across the yard while making frog noises. " Ribbit". "Ribbit".
