Halloween 2012

K and I have been sick since Sunday, so I'm going to post pictures from last Halloween.


Halloween 2012

Last year K was a Dragon. He got the costume in August. While trying it on he was so excited that we allowed him to run over to our neighbor's house to trick-or-treat. They are good friends of ours so they loved the surprise!

This was just last year, I can't believe how small he looks in these pictures! I'm not going to cry. I'm not going to cry!

 

We went Trick-or-Treating over at Grandma and Grandpa's house.

 



 

Then we went across town to see the haunted Pirate Ship! And to do some more Trick-or Treating!

 

 

The gentleman who built the Pirate Ship built it in his front yard. He builds a different structure every Halloween. He starts building in September, because his work is very detailed, and life size. Each year that we've been  he has built a mote. So, you walk across the mote onto the pirate ship and as you walk off you pass by their front window where they greet you with a treat! This house actually shuts down a street on Halloween because it's so popular! It draws a huge crowd! It's a lot of fun!

It was a fun Halloween! I can't believe how small my baby looks in these pictures. I'm looking forward to our next Halloween, only a couple weeks away!!
