Learning the ABC's

We tried a new letter recognition activity today. I'm trying to show K how much fun working with his ABC's can be. I wrote some letters on a large, firm piece of card stock. Then, I pinned it to his easel and got his water colors out. A paint brush came with the water colors, but I had him use a Q-tip to trace the letters:

 

The original plan was to get him excited about the ABC's , he also ended up pointing out to Mama that he was using the color blue. I'm so proud of my little man!
